  • If you want immediate access, once your purchase is complete, you can click "DOWNLOAD ITEM". Or you may check your inbox for confirmation and the private links to your downloads! Open the email "Your Download is ready!" Clicking the link in this email will automatically download a single file OR a compressed zip file.

    From your phone:
    ZIP FILE: This will be in your Downloads, click the compressed zip file and it will open the folder with access to your files.

    SINGLE FILE: The link in this email will prompt a pop-up browser window. Select "VIEW" to open up the file, hold down on the image and save to your photos.
    Select "DOWNLOAD" to save it to your Files folder.

    From your laptop:
    The file will be in your downloads folder. To unzip the files, just double click it and open the folder to access your downloads. You may delete the zip file once you do this.

  • No worries! :) Downloads expire in 24hrs to ensure privacy of the files. Just go back to your order confirmation email and click "view your order", then click "download item" to receive your file(s).

  • Please note that upgrading from a Personal Artwork License to a Commercial Artwork License is not permitted. If you intend to use the artwork for commercial purposes, you must purchase an additional Commercial Artwork License. Thank you for your understanding!

  • I personally create everything on Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop or Canva.
    PNG & SVG files also work on Procreate and other video editing apps.

  • The short answer is no.

    The Licensee may not share, distribute, or otherwise exploit the digital files for profit or commercial gain. Both Commercial & Personal Artwork License covers only one person / account.

    IF you are working with a contracted artist to create for your business or brand, you may share your file(s) with them under the following stipulations:
    The Artist is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the digital files and ensuring that they are not used for any purpose other than those explicitly outlined in the client agreement.
